秸秆青储机在空闲时间如何保养

　　存放

　　清除整机具上的所有泥土、灰尘、油污、杂物等，有机库的*好存放在机库，没有机库的要找一个安全、平整、干燥、通风、向阳的地方存放，并用“三色”布做专用罩将整机罩住，以免日晒夜露。

　　底盘

　　1.将底盘顶起在同一个水平面上，不能让行走履带长期受压，高度以履带不受力为宜，顶起时四个支撑点一定要在同一个水平面上，以免长期受压不均匀导致机架变形；

　　2.检查变速箱、齿轮油是否达到标准，不足的加足。

　　3.检查离合器是否正常，“分”与“离”是否明显，异常的进行调整，更换离合器磨擦片、弹簧等。

　　4.检查变速、离合、转向操纵机构及装置是否正常，转向节头是否松动，必须紧固可靠，再在表面涂上锂基黄油。
